hobnail and lace

Welp! Steven designed our save the dates and we just put a print order in online, so I am excited to see how they turn out!! We should get them in a week. In the meantime, I've moved on to new obsessions of the week- formal invitations and dresses.

As I was looking at some cool invite vendors for ideas, I came across this lovely collection of lace pictures on Atypical Type A. So neat.

I'm feeling very secretive about my dress ideas, but I'm on a mad search for invite inspirations that I actually like.

Balsa

I have had an amazing birthday weekend! I hope to keep the good spirits through the week. As of lately, I have a new obsession with a flower idea. When I came upon a picture that was rolling my main three flower/decor ideas into one I knew I had to share it. I wish I could meet the person that did this, because she needs to come help me decorate for the wedding! Absolute perfection.

Instead of giving a link again, I saved some specific photos for you! I got this from Ruffled again, my favorite. They said it was a Tennessee wedding. Steven loved it, too.

I am loving their use of lights here! I wonder where do I find lights like that? I can see they aren't normal Christmas lights or anything, they look larger...

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. I don't know how much of this I could pull into October. What do you think? I know this screams summer.. boo. But I love it. I love the flowers, the jars, the hanky and the lace.

What can I say? My favorite colors, a doily, a vintage case- be still my heart!
